The leaves are so nice. I am enjoying it thoroughly, seeing all these lovely leaves here and there. The leaves are always on the trees longer down here than up at home.

Last night we saw the northern lights when we were in the tipi. They were just white and as usual I was confused about whether or not it was northern lights or clouds. They were streaky and had a straight edge with streaks heading back from it.

It was so neat to be able to lean back and see the stars and the lights. How wonderful it was
